Fast Facts:

The most fun commercial I ever did was with Greg Kinnear for Chrysler.

I am a Dramaloque and LA Weekly award winner and was nominated for a Drama critics Circle Award but lost to Marian Seldes.

As a teenager in the late 80’s, I toured Europe and the Sinai with the USO and Bob Hope as a lead singer. I toured with the USO again 4 times between 2004-2007 entertaining the troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt and Europe.

I have endless stories from the icons that I have been lucky to work with and will be happy to share if you want to listen…lol… To really point out that this business of acting is a business: When I was playing Hecuba in The Trojan Women directed by Sir John Neville (Baron Munchausen), I had to leave rehearsal one afternoon for a commercial audition that involved me wearing a bikini. Leaving rehearsal from a Greek Tragedy for a beer campaign was quite a difference. I told Sir John what the audition was and he said, “Hmmm, not quite what we joined up for is it?” We have to keep perspective in this business.

I love to play the piano — I was trained classically — and to sing — started when I was 15 singing jazz and standards with the Ernie Scott Jazz Trio, swim, bike, play tennis, walk my dog on the beach and laugh as much as is humanly possible.

Oh p.s. I booked the beer ad and opened as Hecuba the Witch in the same week… very different makeup jobs!
